Her story is so inspiring and one of them reasons I decided to join her and create my own business! Blair Critch is an entrepreneur who has made millions in multi-level marketing, first with Stella & Dot, and currently with The Thrive Experience. Trained as an elementary school teacher, Critch taught kindergarten until it became clear that it cost more money than she earned to care for her two young sons. Now over ten years later, Critch leads a team of thousands associates and travels extensively to teach others the tools to her success. She lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with her husband and two ‘teen sons. Blair currently runs a team with 465 plus auto bonus earners, has hit Millionaire award, plus has 4 on her team to have hit the same rank. After having ovarian cancer in 2021, Blair has an even bigger purpose to share how network marketing has helped her family.
