Ep. 56: What is the Daniel Fast and Why I’m Doing It.

Hey Mommas This episode is a bit different today, but exciting! I'm starting the Daniel fast for my spiritual health and physical health. The Daniel fast is a 21 day journey where you forego certain addictive and processed foods, as well as meat and dairy. On this fast you consume only what God created such as vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, and grains. There are so many physical and spiritual benefits of this fast and I'm excited to grow in the Lord, hear from Him, and transform inside and out.
